You might say that it is a paradox to say those immortal words famously said by a fashion guru in the person of Janice Dickinson. But for me that is a word of inspiration, for it is the way of life that what we learn is what we are trying to do and live on it.

Contradictory…what a word…I almost forgot what have I learned during my grammar lessons with my very superb English Teachers way back in High School…during my first year and fourth year I have Mrs. Socorro Balbido as my English Grammar and Literature Teacher…she was the one who opened our ego's in the wonderful world of English…she is strict though but I tell you that once she had stepped on your classrooms you will surely learn and enjoy being with her supervision…I have learned through Mrs. Balbido that whenever I started using Old English Language in praying I must continue using it until the end and she also introduced me to my favourite icon "Anne Frank"…during my sophomore year I have Ms. Paz Tameta who have focused her life in teaching and never got the chance to marry her "prince charming", but she is very fortunate for she was idolized by many of her students including me…I have learned so much from her including that I have a poetic side on my self, i have also learned through her that ENGLISH is a powerful tool in term of communication…but time flew so fast that we had to say goodbye to her for our third year life…during my "junior" year at my alma mater I have a very jolly teacher in the person of Mr. Jay - R Rafael… he is a good literature teacher so as grammar… he was the one who introduced me to literature masters such as Edgar Allan Poe (The Cask of Amontillado), David Sarnoff (an expository essay writer), Edwin Arlington Robinson (a poem writer; Richard Cory), Christopher Marlowe (The Passionate Shepherd of his Love) and Sir Walter Raleigh (The Nymph's Reply to the Shepherd)… such iconic writers with different views on English Literature…through Mr. Rafael's effort I have had time to know more English Literature Masters including one of my favourite writer up to date Sir Washington Irving who made such good short stories such as The Legend of the Sleepy Hollow and Rip Van Winkle.

So…In the behalf of my schoolmate's to Mrs. Socorro Balbido, Ms. Paz Tameta and Mr. Jay -R Rafael, thank you for sharing their knowledge what they know about the subject matters… thank you and as the quote goes I will Learn to Live and Live to Learn……
